Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. As our products are produced individually to fulfil each order, we ask that you carefully review your order, including the product, design, colour and size, before completing your purchase.
This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through our online store. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other garments are printed and produced on demand specifically to fulfil each customer’s order. We do not generally manufacture and hold finished products in stock in advance.
Where an item is made to your specifications or is clearly personalised — for example, where you provide custom text, artwork, imagery or other personalised instructions — it may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.
The fact that an item is produced on demand does not, by itself, exclude any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to you under applicable consumer law.
2. 14-Day Statutory Cancellation Period
Where you have a statutory right to cancel your online purchase, including where applicable under UK consumer law, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within the applicable 14-day cancellation period. Following cancellation, the goods must be returned to us within the period required by applicable law.
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, subject to applicable law.
3. Return Postage
Where permitted by law and where this has been disclosed to you before purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal or courier service when returning an item. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost before reaching us.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your statutory rights, we will deal with reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide evidence so that we can investigate the issue. This may include:
- Your order number;
- Photographs or video clearly showing the fault or damage;
- Photographs of the complete product;
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant; and
- A brief description of the problem.
We will review the evidence provided and determine whether the item qualifies for a remedy under this policy and applicable consumer law.
Where a fault, defect, damage or fulfilment error is confirmed, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Any assessment made by us under this policy does not override statutory consumer rights, and we will not unreasonably refuse a remedy where you are legally entitled to one.
5. Wrong Size or Product Ordered
Because our products are produced on demand, we generally do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges where the customer has ordered the wrong product, colour or size.
We therefore strongly encourage you to check the product description and our Sizing Guide carefully before placing your order.
Please take your measurements and compare them against the measurements provided in our Sizing Guide rather than relying solely on the size you normally purchase from other clothing brands.
Requests for exchanges or refunds resulting from an incorrectly selected size, colour or product may be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, except where you have a statutory right to cancel or return the goods.
This does not apply where we have sent you a different size, colour or product from the one you ordered.
6. Change of Mind
As each product is produced specifically in response to an order, we generally do not offer additional voluntary returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Any request falling outside your statutory cancellation or consumer rights will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remains at our discretion.
This does not restrict your 14-day statutory cancellation right where that right applies.
7. Condition of Returned Products
Where a return is accepted, products should be returned in their original condition.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, products should be:
- Unworn other than reasonably necessary to try the garment on;
- Unwashed;
- Free from stains, marks, fragrances and damage;
- Returned with any original tags attached where applicable; and
- Securely packaged for return.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from a refund where the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect or try the product.
8. Personalised and Customised Products
Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not benefit from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where the applicable law provides an exemption for such products.
Examples may include products featuring:
- A customer’s name or initials;
- Customer-selected custom wording;
- Customer-uploaded photographs or artwork;
- Bespoke designs requested by the customer; or
- Other individual customisation requested specifically by the customer.
This exception does not remove your rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
9. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund any amounts that we are legally required to refund, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, we may only be required to refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider.
10. International Orders
We sell to customers in multiple countries. Consumer protection laws differ between jurisdictions.
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where local mandatory consumer law provides you with greater cancellation, return, refund or warranty rights than those described in this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.
11. Refused and Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Where an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, delivery was refused, or the customer failed to collect the shipment, any refund or reshipment will be considered subject to applicable law and our reasonable costs.
International customers are also responsible for complying with any applicable customs or import requirements unless otherwise stated at checkout.
12. Before You Order
Because your garment will be produced on demand, please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In particular, please check:
- The product selected;
- The design;
- The colour;
- The size;
- Your delivery address; and
- Any personalised information you have provided.
We strongly encourage every customer to consult our Sizing Guide before ordering.
13. Contacting Us About a Return
To request a cancellation, report a damaged or faulty product, or discuss a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.
Please include your order number and, where reporting a damaged or faulty product, photographs or other appropriate evidence of the issue.
We will review your request and respond with the appropriate next steps.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Nothing contained in this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
